Practice makes progress?
Josh and I realized that we have never slowed danced together before so we decided to practice dancing to our first dance song in the living room. Needless to say, it was as awkward as we expected it to be. It started off something like this:
Josh: Oops. I just punched your boob.
seconds later as I tried to adjust my arm…
Josh: You just poked me in the eye!
I’m sure it won’t be any more graceful on our actual wedding day, so everyone should be in for quite a treat as they watch us stumble around the dance floor.
I need an explanation.
Can anyone tell me why so many stay-at-home moms write on Facebook that they’re “so glad it’s Friday”? Is it just me, or should it not matter what day of the week it is, because they don’t work? Everyday is the same ladies.
I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and the reason I get excited when it’s Friday is because the weekend means my fiance doesn’t have to work so we all get to spend the weekend together. Or maybe those other moms look forward to the weekends because having ther husband home means that they get some time off from being a “mom” because their husbands are there to give them a little help with the kids. Just a thought!
