My name is nicole borden. I'm 26.

I have a degree in vocal music performance from Central Michigan University, which I never intend on using.

I recently returned to CMU to pursue a degree in broadcasting and cinematic arts. Thus far I like it a lot more the second time around.

I suck at cooking, spelling, playing the clarinet and learning foreign languages.

So don't ask me to do those things.

Other than that I'm awesome.

One of the most ridiculous things I've witnessed in my life.

While sitting in BCA 510 this morning diligently taking notes on slander and libel, there was all of a sudden a loud crash and glass started flying everywhere. As Jeff Smith leaped out of the way and the rest of the class jumped up in a panic, it took me a second to process what was actually happening: A deer had jumped through the window of Moore 111. It was bleeding badly and going absolutely crazy running around the classroom as all of us scrambled to stay out of it’s way. Jeff eventually managed to open the door, the deer ran wildly out and down the halls of Moore and eventually someone managed to let it out of the main doors. The State police are currently on campus looking for this crazy deer. Needless to say, class was dismissed after that.
